2. Services Overview
PunePay provides secure payment solutions including UPI transfers, wallet payments, bill payments, and other digital financial services. The availability and functionality of services may vary depending on your location, device, or regulatory restrictions.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete personal and financial details during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and PINs.
You agree to use PunePay only for lawful transactions and not for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
You must promptly report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team.
4. Transactions and Payments
All payments and fund transfers made through PunePay are processed in compliance with applicable banking and RBI guidelines.
Once a payment or transfer is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or cancelled unless allowed by the receiving bank or service provider.
PunePay is not responsible for delays, failures, or issues arising from third-party systems such as banks, UPI networks, or telecom providers.
Transaction limits and service fees may apply as per RBI rules or PunePay’s policies.
5. Compliance and Verification
All users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with RBI regulations. PunePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with identity verification or anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials displayed on PunePay are the intellectual property of PunePay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
PunePay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute security of data transmission.
8. Suspension and Termination
PunePay may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities. You may also deactivate your account by contacting our support team.
9. Changes to Terms
PunePay reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
